2. User Behaviour

Every user of NAughtyCupid across Telegram and our website is required to emulate exceptional decorum. The misuse of our service, involvement in abrasive activities, or influencing the AI to undertake detrimental actions are expressly forbidden. A breach of these expectations may culminate in immediate termination and lifetime banning of the concerned user's account, across both Telegram and the website.

3. Imagery

Users are free to share images or photos, though it is required for images taken from outside sources to include their proper attribution. The rules of unauthorized usage of the imagery from our site still apply. Misuse or violation of this guideline may lead to intervention by moderation team members.

4. User ID and AI Permission

NaughtyCupid's AI models, which are accessed through varying APIs, do not allow for filling out open fields for inappropriate image generation. Users can only provide basic identifiers, such as name and age; sensitive information such as age is heavily restricted, and therefore, it is not possible to participate in any illegal activity.

5. Diversity

For each name provided, a combination of 2500 different iterations is made per ethnicity. This design ensures variation without allowing harmful or inappropriate inputs.

6. Age Restrictions

Any generated images the AI models provide will strictly represent individuals aged 18 years or above. No exceptions will ever be made to this rule.

7. Abusing System

Any attempt to cheat, misuse, or otherwise exploit the system dispatches immediate Telegram ID banning.

8. Report

Users are encouraged to report any questionable behavior or content to the moderation team for review. This includes any interactions they believe could be harmful, inappropriate, or abusive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Moderation shall be governed by and construed under and by the laws in Italy.
